Dear Leona Aglukkaq
Please find enclosed an ambulance
service invoice. I need to know how to proceed as I have no intention of
paying this bill. This is due to the mistreatment I suffered at the hands of
your immigration officials on and around the 15th and 16th September, 2008.
let me be more precise.
I was illegally deported by the
Americans on the 15th, or 16th September, 2008. I was handed over to
Canadian immigration authorities at Pacific Highway, British Columbia.
Not only did the Americans
illegally confiscate my passport, blatantly misrepresent me to the Canadian
immigration authorities, they also almost caused me to suffer a stroke -
perhaps even death.
Being now in the custody of
Canadian immigration, I was hospitalised no less than TWICE more due to
mistreatment be immigration officials.
You therefore have two choices.
Either you can forget the enclosed bill or you can persist and I will bring
charges against your Government for the abuse I suffered.
I leave this matter up to you, and
those whom you empower to deal with this matter.
I look forward to your response.
NB. On the subject of my
mistreatment, an apology from your Government would be appreciated, along
with an investigation concerning me not being able to return to Canada until
at least September 15, 2009. I assume an apology will be forthcoming and my
1-year 'banishment' will be removed.
Yours sincerely,
J D Green.
