For the US President and UK Prime Minister: The attached letter is for your immediate concern. Please read the contents carefully and deal with the issues raised at your earliest convenience. Please also note that I am determined to obtain a resolution of some nature.

[2] Legal industry recipient(s)

Please advise me how to proceed with legal action against those agencies in the United States of America (“US”) who have inflicted abuses upon me. If you cannot help me directly, can you advise me of any possible legal sources in the US who may be able to help?

Please note that at this time, I am dependent upon legal aid to pay my costs. However, as my main concern is justice, any costs which may be finally deducted from any damages I may win, is not an issue. I look forward to your reply.

I am looking for publicity for my story. I have a great deal to say about the US immigration system and how it causes suffering. All I have tried to do is the 'right thing'. I'm just a simple guy who wants to be with his wife. Is this really too much too ask? Are my intentions so bad - just wanting to break down international barriers that divide people in love?

If it is justified to invade other countries and bring death and destruction to them, then I feel no guilt for what I have done so far. I know that illegal immigration tends to raise the hackles of many people, but there is a human factor which should not be ignored. Regardless of why my wife is in the US, it does not detract from the fact that I love her very much.

Her presence in the US is also an indictment of the policy of Westernised nations who use people like my wife as cheap labour. I have not seen her for over a year now. I am desperately heartbroken over this matter and feel that the indiscriminate and abusive breaches of laws in the US is causing unnecessary suffering.

Please help me get my story into the public domain.

My name is John Daniel Green. I have been a tourist to the US since November, 2004. My most recent trips occurred between November, 2006, and January, 2008. During this latter spell, I made a total of no less than FOUR trips to the US. Each time I was admitted and spent nearly all of my income there.

During my time in the US, I have behaved like a patriot, have done many good deeds and have been a good ambassador for my country. I have never worked in the US. My only 'mistake' was to marry an Indonesian lady whom I love and miss a great deal.

But in January, 2008, upon my latest journey to the US, I fell foul of corrupt immigration officials in San Francisco (at the International airport). Here I was interrogated for up to THREE hours, denied basic human rights, denied access to an attorney, threatened and blackmailed. I was then forced to immediately return to the UK.

Back in the UK, I protested. But the US and UK Governments have refused to act upon my complaint. Preferring not to 'rock the boat', they have continued to collude, conspire, and protect each other's interests. But for two countries with desires to bring death and destruction to other parts of the world, this is perhaps not surprising. The US and UK have demonstrated CLEARLY that they have NO genuine concern for human rights.

A further attempt to acquire a Visa to return to the US failed in August, 2008. No reasons were given.

In an attempt to reacquire personal possessions still in the US, to try and see my wife, and most importantly, to try and avoid any further mistreatment from the US immigration system, I legally changed my name by Deed Poll in the UK. A new passport was the legally and honestly acquired so I could travel to Canada. In Canada, my wife and I knew a mutual contact who would try to help me upon arrival.

As this help was not available upon arrival, I was compelled to try to enter the US via the Pacific Highway Canadian-US crossing south of Vancouver, British Columbia. This took place on September 15th, 2008. Notably, the 15th was also my wife's birthday.

But here again I was badly treated and almost suffered a stroke - and possibly even death. I collapsed in the cell I was being held in by US immigration and suffered extremely high blood pressure.

When I was found on the floor of my cell, the immigration officer who entered threatened to pepper-spray me if I did not get up off the floor. I was waiting for this latest ordeal to begin when he relented and called another officer. I was then forced against a wall by other officers, with a knee rammed into my chest which caused me to choke as I could not breathe.

Paramedics then arrived and I was rushed to hospital. Upon arrival here, my blood pressure was 216 over 140. After blacking out in hospital, I was eventually returned to my tormentors at US immigration. Shortly afterwards, they ILLEGALLY deported back to Canada by US immigration WITHOUT my passport.

Because I was (technically) re-entering Canada without my valid passport, I was detained by Canadian immigration. But during the early hours of my detention, I was again hospitalized TWICE more due to mistreatment.

BY September 18th, 2008, I was released from immigration detention when my attorney informed the Canadian authorities that I was a victim of misrepresentation by the US immigration system - and that they had ILLEGALLY confiscated my passport before returning me to Canada.

I was now trapped in Canada without a passport and with no indication the US authorities would return it. In fact, it was at least 10 DAYS before they would send it to the Canadian immigration authorities in Vancouver. By this time, my scheduled return flight to the UK had already departed. I now had to wait for the Canadians to buy me a airline ticket back to the UK.

It is quite obvious the US authorities planned it this way. They wanted to put the onus upon the Canadians to deport me by false representation and in delaying the return of my passport. It was a grossly evil act, and a malicious conspiracy.

When the Canadians failed to fly me out of the country by the date given, I was financially ruined. With no money left, and having used all my overdraft, and a loan, I had to take action.

In an attempt to enlist the help of other groups of people, and in particular Native Indian tribes, I failed, and decided to cross the Canadian-US border illegally on the 8th October, 2008. I was shortly picked up afterwards and put into a detention centre for illegal immigrants in Tacoma, Washington State (“WA”), US.

Here I suffered further abuse and mistreatment. My attempts to get justice and legal representation while incarcerated in Tacoma were unsuccessful. In a conspiracy to protect those corrupt elements of the US immigration system, I was mostly and wrongly denied those legal instruments which would have secured my release.

About one month prior to being released from detention, and deported back to the UK, I asked for parole from the local director of Homeland Security in Seattle, WA. The director contemptuously ignored my request. I was deported on 29th December, 2008.

I am now back in the UK and suffering serious ill-health.

To highlight all the terrible things done to me, to speak of the US immigration system in general, and to highlight other human rights issues, I have created the website, www.nohumanity.com. I strongly urge you to visit this website and to firstly visit the section of my website entitled 'My Story'. Here you will find a more detailed version of the heartbreak and suffering I have had to endure over the last twelve months.

My salient point is this:

I am writing this letter not just to tell of my ordeal, not just to make aware to those in authority in the US and the UK that I need this matter investigated, it is also to highlight the evil of the US and UK Governments.

For those of you who are Islamic, please note that the perceived war, the 'crusade' against Islam, is not restricted to an assault upon your faith. The evil desires of both the US and UK Governments extend to the willingness to bring suffering to all of those who are too weak to defend themselves. The war being waged by the US and UK Governments is against humanity as a whole, not just Islam. And it is only because Islam is resisting the crusade against it's faith that it is suffering the most.

While Christianity in the UK is mostly apathetic, the US 'brand' (anti-Christianity) of the faith is being used to justify illegal wars in the Middle East, and beyond - when deemed appropriate. US Christians, in their own eyes, can do no wrong. And when they are made to think they have done wrong, they simply 'forgive' themselves and carry on regardless.

In the absence of the expected failure of both the US and UK Governments to properly address, and compensate, my suffering, I humbly submit myself to the fight against these forces of evil. But please take note: Evil exists because it tries to inspire evil in those who are victims of it - in the name of vengeance. I have been provoked to the point where most would seek some form of retribution. But as evil is corruptive, it is also self-consuming. Evil will eventually destroy itself. For those of us who are aware of this, all we can do is try to warn others of what is really happening in the world - and to look beyond the propaganda they are fed each day by a weak and manipulative media - amongst other sources of 'disinformation'. I am ready to speak to anyone who will listen.

The New World Order (“NWO”) is moving so close to completion. A Third World War is a reality, and the day of the Anti-Christian domination of the planet is upon us.

God preserve those who have true faith. With the much-predicted meltdown in many of the aspects of social structure (such as banking), the world is rapidly becoming a much more dangerous place to live. The NWO will make slaves of all of us. This I know as I have already seen how the US and UK Governments can de-humanise ordinary human beings like myself through blackmail, torture, abuse and the denial of any justice.

I'm just a little curious to see how this letter is received, though I expect to be largely, if not entirely ignored. But from my perspective, this is the last opportunity for those who have abused my human rights to come forward and put right all the crimes that have been perpetrated against me. Are you listening, Gordon Brown and Barack Obama?
