FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

I am writing to you today to make an appeal. This will be my last attempt to gain justice for all the terrible injustices I have suffered since visiting your country.

As a tourist since November, 2004, and more frequently since November, 2006, I have enjoyed a good relationship with your country. However, since January 30th, 2007, I have suffered terrible abuse, been a victim of institutionalised corruption, and seen my life and my marriage destroyed. All of this has happened because the US immigration system is out of control.

I'm not the only victim. I've heard of numerous other people suffering from faults in the immigration system - specifically at 'ports of entry'. US immigration officials, whether they be Customs and Border Patrol (“CBP”), Immigration & Customs Enforcement (“ICE”), etc. I have found all agencies connected with immigration to be either corrupt or wishing to remain ignorant of said corruption and / or indifferent to the suffering caused by said corruption. I have set-up a website (www.nohumanity.com - click on the 'My Story' link) to tell of my own ordeal and expose corruption in the immigration system.

But what I seek now is representation from your Government. As I am now barred for 10 years from returning to the US, I am looking for you to give me immediate access to the US and to cover the cost of all flights to and from the US. Failure to do so will force me to find an attorney and bring a very expensive lawsuit against your country for multiple human rights abuses. Note that I shall be seeking multi-million dollar damages for all the terrible things your country has done to me UNLESS I receive a favourable response.

I expect results and I expect them quickly. My Indonesian wife and I are simple folk with very painful histories. All we ever desired was to be together and to lead a simple, happy life. Is this too much for us to ask for? We are suffering. Today I tried to reach my wife at a contact telephone number and I am told she has not come home. I don't even know if my wife is dead or alive. This is no way for someone to have to exist. Each day is a new torment, a new nightmare, a new worry. It is too much mental torture - and I had enough of that from the monsters who work for your Government.

If I do not get justice, and an immediate return to the US to try to rescue my personal possessions, and my marriage, I shall seek retribution by means of legal representation, or otherwise. I passed my limit of endurance a long time ago. I do not care what happens to me any longer. I have no fear of trying to return to the US by illegal means, if need be. I also have nothing to lose, but everything to (re)gain.

This is because my life is in tatters now and my health (as a disabled person) is suffering very badly. I have seen and suffered from so much evil - and I want you to tell me you will do something about this. I need a result very quickly. I shall wait until February 7th, 2009, to hear from you - or any appointed representative.

On September 13th, 2008, I became extremely concerned for my wife and the security of my marriage. I therefore flew to Canada on this day under my new legal name.

On September 15th, 2008, I tried to enter the US under my new legal name. When I tried to get entry to the US, I was threatened with abuse, I was mistreated and hospitalised. I came close to suffering a stroke, perhaps even death. My fear that I was going to suffer the same level of abuse that I suffered in San Francisco on January 30th, 2008, was proven.

Further to said mistreatment at the border crossing, my passport was ILLEGALLY removed from my possessions and I was ILLEGALLY deported back to Canada without it. The Immigration officials at the port of entry DELIBERATELY attempted to falsely incriminate me with the Canadian immigration authorities.

If this was not bad enough, your country REFUSED to release my passport for at least 10 days. This meant I was trapped in Canada and no way of leaving. In desperation, and even after the long delay in returning my passport, I was still without funds, or a return to ticket to the UK. I could not afford to stay in Canada, so I entered the US illegally on October 8th, 2008. I was deported on December 29th, 2008. NB. I made a plea to the local director of Homeland Security for a temporary parole so I could get my possessions and try to find my wife. I, again, was contemptuously ignored. This is very much in line with your country's attitude to human rights and lack of respect towards vulnerable and persecuted aliens.

My only crime was to try to see my wife and to collect those possessions I cannot ship from the US. Now I have lost my wife and my possessions are no longer secure.

Your country has destroyed my life for no good reason. I have been 'dehumanised', removed of all those things dear to me, abused, blackmailed, tortured, falsely incriminated, ignored, treated with contempt, humiliated, etc. I have lost my reason to go on living with any dignity. I cannot live like this.

I repeat, there will be justice done, and seen to be done, or there will be retribution. Honour demands that I be avenged for all the terrible injustices I have suffered in your country. Rectify this situation or go to war with me. It is your choice. If you chose war, I am ready to do anything and everything to avenge the injustices I have suffered.

I therefore now recommend you read the enclosed statement with these facts in mind.

Further notes about my enclosed statement

The enclosed statement only contains the basics, the information required to inform the immigration court I had to attend, of my background. I was charged under my former name of [My Name withheld]. Also note that at this time that the immigration judge I appeared before showed me contempt and refused to read my statement.

Further information will be added to my statement and published on my website. I fully intend to expose the level of evil that exists in your country and the level of abuse I suffered while in detention in Tacoma, WA.

I am equally driven by my passion and determination for redemption. You are hereby notified accordingly. I urge you not to make the fatal mistake of underestimating my resolve.
