It's the second half of March,
2007. I flew back into the US on the 12th after sending a very
painful three and a half weeks back in the UK. I just needed
more time in the US.
I was also concerned about my
relationship with my Philippines girlfriend. I was very
uncomfortable with our situation and I later learned she
wanted to split. She had another partner she had failed to
tell me about.
I wasn't heartbroken but felt
that I had to start all over again. My last trip was very
enjoyable for the most part, but now I felt I had to complete
my experience of the American way of life. I organised a few
dates, met some nice ladies, but found nobody special in the
early weeks after I split from my girlfriend.
