Our main battle has been with
the US Government. However, as the two citizens involved in
the struggle to obtain justice are British and Indonesian, we
feel it necessary to explain how intransigent the British and
Indonesian governments have been.
About the UK Government: As much as the Americans can be
just bloody minded, the UK Government can be equally
intransigent. There is no 'special relationship' between the
two countries, except where it exists for the benefit of the
Americans and there desire to dictate or unduly influence our
lives. |
